TRANSACTION BACKGROUND

Our client is a municipal utility and is looking for a power buyer to purchase the electricity production from a solar farm in Germany through a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). The preferred PPA tenor is 5-15 years. Power delivery under the PPA may start in Q3 2023. The corresponding certificates of origin (GoOs) to reduce scope 2 emissions can be delivered to the power buyer.

After having signed the User Agreement, you upload your production/consumption profile on RE WAVE.
ACCESS TO BIDDING ROOM

On RE WAVE, you will get access to a bidding room, where you can place your offers as a response to the RfP.
