TRANSACTION BACKGROUND

Our client is a developer of renewable energy plants in Germany. As part of its hedging strategy, the client wants to sell the power production from a solar farm currently under development via power purchase agreements (PPAs). The project will become operational in the first quarter of 2023. Electricity supply under the PPA may start in June 2023. The corresponding Guarantees of Origin (GoOs) can be delivered to the power purchaser so that Scope 2 emissions can be reduced.

After having signed the User Agreement, you upload your production/consumption profile on RE WAVE.
ACCESS TO BIDDING ROOM

On RE WAVE, you will get access to a bidding room, where you can place your offers as a response to the RfP.
