TRANSACTION BACKGROUND

Our client is a renewable energy investment company with solar and wind farms under development and under operation throughout Southern and Eastern Europe. As part of its hedging strategy, the client wants to sell the power production from an existing solar farm in Romania via a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). The electricity supply under the PPA may start in Q1 2023. The corresponding certificates of origin (GoOs) to reduce scope 2 emissions can be delivered to the power buyer.

After having signed the User Agreement, you upload your production/consumption profile on RE WAVE.
